AGREEMENT
By accessing, using or browsing Edsa Tours website or paying for a safari from us ny any means you confirm that you are over 18 years old and have read and understodd theterms of use and agree to be bound by them and to comply by all appliciable laws, rules and regulations.
Booking Conditions.
For clients to be able to track Gorillas they must be at least 15 years old.
A 50% deposit is payable in order to confirm a safari. After receiving your payment a booking confirmation will be sent to the client. Gorilla tracking permit, Chimps permit and hotels/lodges are all included in the price. (see inclusions below)
Once a safari has been confirmed, it is almost impossible to change the dates or safari package selected. In cases where we may be able to make any changes additional costs will be incurred.
Cancellation policy.
Cancellation up to 30 days before start of safari will attact 100%
forfeiture of full cost of safari. This is because at this point all
service providers have been paid in full and it is impossible for us to
obtain refunds in this short time frame.
Cancellations relating to other time frames up to 59 days are available on request.
Natural forces and guarantees.
The company does not accept responsibility for forces of nature including government regulations, quarantines, exclusion zones and national security and any other factors beyond its control. Clients should be aware of the minimal risks associated with some of the safari activities e.g Canoeing, white water rafting, mountain climbing, gorilla tracking among others and should be sufficiently insured against these.
Clients are responsible for insuring that they are fit and healthy. Poor health may lead to being left out altogether on some of the safaris especially gorilla tracking. Gorillas are especially highly sensitive to any material that is foreign to their habitat.
Confirming a safari booking is deemed to be an understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions under which EDSA AFRICAN SAFARIS AND TOURS operates, on the one hand sets out to offer its services and the client agreeing to buy the offered services.
Our charges Include
Accommodation, meals, park fees, Chimps permit, Birding guide, Launch trips, Ferry crossings permit, transportation in 4x4 safari vehicle and services of driver/guide.
Our chaRges Exclude
Personal expenses. Travel and health insurance, visa fees, airport taxes, laundry services, personal phone calls & emails, porter services and tips, beverages other than those offered with meals. Etc
